It has been a long few months trying to get the SPV warehouse clean & pretty. When we moved into the space it hadn’t been occupied in over 3 years. That means 3 years of dirt, spiders, and stink. The warehouse previously had a front section that had 3 offices, a break room, and a bathroom. Our first weekend in the space I handed my boyfriend and brother a sledge hammer and told them to get to work on the walls. (Keep in mind we had virtually no idea what we were doing.) After a lot of lessons learned, we successfully tore down 4 walls, ripped up carpet, buffed out the concrete floors, replaced a toilet, fixed the ceiling, painted, installed baseboards, (and the list goes on)….all ourselves. The transformation has been incredible. Here are some photos of the process:

I’m thankful to have people in my life willing to rip up the nastiest carpet, risk their lives fixing ceiling grid work, and spend hours and hours buffing concrete floors.
